COACH RICH BIO:
I have coached organized track and field for the last 15 years in the San Francisco and East Bay Area. My experience ranges from one on one, youth AAU, Seniors and Workshops on Speed Development. I prefer a coaching style that prevents injury. Safety is my concern and peaking at the right time is of extreme importance. Instructing college and high school athletes on the fundamentals of running to include proper technique, stride frequency, power speed, and rapid arm motion. In the last 5 years I have Facilitated Sports Specific Training with lacrosse, soccer, baseball, football and cross country athletes at the college, middle and high School levels. In addition to Sports Specific Training I am a Executive Career Coach and share my vision and curriculum Life after Sports.
